April Favourites

It's now the beginning of May, which of course could only mean...
April Favourites!
This is my very first favourites post, so I apologize if it's awful, but anyway here I go...


I'm starting off with a nail polish.. I'm kind of cheating because I have two, but I have been loving both of these! My first is Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint by Barry M in Greenberry. I absolutely love this colour and It's so brilliant for sunny spring days! The brush is quite thin which makes application easier, when it comes to neatness, which is brilliant for me because whenever I paint my nails (which is A LOT), I get nail polish all over my fingers! I love this an how shiny it is and it really does stay on.

My next favourite nail polish is one of Rimmel London's Lasting Finish 
nail polishes. This one is in Double Decker Red which is really a gorgeous bright red colour. It applies so nicely and didn't cost me much, which is a bonus if you're watching your pennies. I have had some other Lasting Finish nail polishes but this one is my favourite so far. Rimmel London have always really been a favourite of mine when it comes to nail polish, and well everything! And they are also not very expensive.

Next (no pun intended), I have a lip balm. I have literally never heard anybody rave about Next Lip Balms, (although they only have two, as far as I know!) but I just thought I'd tell everyone how amazing this is. I'm sorry, because I'm not sure if this is even sold anymore, but I picked this up as I was queuing at Next. It's Oh So Cherry Lip Balm and I absolutely LOVE it. It tastes and smells amazing and leaves a slight, subtle pink finish on your lips. I've already hit tin on this one <3

Next, I have a pair of shoes! I got these in Barret's Shoe Shop (Which is an Irish store, so these might and might not be available anywhere else!) and I love them so much! They are black suede ballet flats with pretty ruffles at the front. These are extremely comfortable and fit me so well, which is amazing because I have an impossible time finding shoes that fit, being size 7 in shoe with a wide food! They took a while, I'll admit to break into but now they are so comfy! Black flats are always an essential to own for me because I wear them with everything! You can dress them up, down, anything! Love these ALOT!

Lastly, I have a Quad Eyeshadow from, surprise, surprise, Rimmel London! I love these four eyeshadows, they are absolutely fabulous! By the way, this is in 002 Smokey Brun. It is the perfect set of neutrals. You can create a million different looks with just these four fabulous colours! It's perfect for everyday, subtle looks, or you can use all four colours to create a gorgeous neutral eye. What I love the most about these is the texture! They apply so well and I have been wearing these almost everyday since I got it! I'm pretty sure you can get this at most pharmacies!
